-Exchange or store credit only

-No returns OR exchanges on Film, Paper and Software products.

-Digital Camera Sales are Final

-Original receipt required for exchange or store credit

-Store Credits are not refundable

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT

-Exchange/Store Credit must be within 7 days of original        purchase date for full credit.  A 15% restocking fee applies after 7 days.

-No Exchanges/Store Credits after 30 days.

-Store Credit must be used with 1 year of issue date.

-All products must be in brand new and re-sellable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

CONSIGNMENT AND USED MERCHANDISE

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS

Copyrighted material will not be transferred without release.  We reserve the right to refuse transfer of any material.

All consignment and used merchandise is sold “as is”.  Seller makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the sale of used merchandise.

PROCESSING

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:  The submission of any film, prints, slides, negatives, videos, tapes, CDs or any other media to us for processing, printing, or any other handling, constitutes an agreement by you that if such film, print, slide, negative, video, tape, CD or any other media is damaged, lost, or mishandled by us or any affiliated company, agents or employees, even though due to negligence or other fault of any of the foregoing liability will be limited to replacement of an equivalent amount of unexposed equivalent film or media and processing.  The foregoing will be your exclusive remedy for any such loss, damage or mishandling.  Except for such replacement, the acceptance for processing, printing, or handling of any film, prints, slides, negatives, videos, tapes, CDs or any other media is without warranty whatsoever (whether expressed or implied) or other liability of any kind.  Recovery for incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded.  Because all dyes, pigments and papers change over time, prints are not guaranteed against color changes and fading.  Completion times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for items left over 90 days.
